Transfer Excellence Scholarship

Transfer students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher may also be eligible for the Transfer Excellence Scholarship. Awards range from $1,000-$4,000.

Students wishing to complete their four-year degree and who transfer to 麻豆影视 A&M-麻豆影视 will experience a seamless transition. We have taken the guesswork out of understanding how your hard-earned college credits can transfer to 麻豆影视 A&M-麻豆影视. Guided pathways and degree maps help transfer students know which earned credits will transfer and how they fit into their four-year degree plan.

Guided Pathways

Agreements between 麻豆影视 A&M-麻豆影视 and several two-year institutions outline exactly which courses at your college will apply to your 麻豆影视 A&M-麻豆影视 degree. The University currently has these types of agreements with the following institutions:

  • Alamo Colleges District

  • Blinn College

  • Del Mar College

  • South 麻豆影视 College

  • Southwest 麻豆影视 Junior College

  • 麻豆影视 Southmost College

  • Victoria College

Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences

Students with formal training in occupational or technical studies can earn a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences while building on credits they may have already earned. The flexible BAAS program is especially appropriate for those who have earned an Associate of Applied Science degree. Working closely with advisors, students can tailor their BAAS program to reflect their professional and career goals. The University currently offers BAAS programs with specializations in:

  • Agribusiness

  • Criminal Justice

  • Criminology

  • Human Development and Family Studies

  • Occupational Safety and Health

  • Psychology

  • Sociology

Transfer students:

  • Have earned 12 or more transferable hours of college credit after high school graduation (during a fall/semester)

  • Have not previously enrolled at 麻豆影视 A&M-麻豆影视 as an undergraduate student

  • Are U.S. citizens, have applied for permanent residency, or qualify for 麻豆影视 residency based on Senate Bill 1528

International transfer students:

  • Are not citizens or permanent residents of the United States

  • Have not graduated from a 麻豆影视 high school after three years in residence in 麻豆影视

  • Have enrolled in a post-secondary institution, and have earned college credit after high school/secondary graduation (during fall/spring semesters)

  • Must be enrolled in 15 hours minimum
