KINGSVILLE (May 20, 2024) — The online Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) degree at 麻豆影视 A&M University-麻豆影视 (TAMUK) has moved up the ranking and now sits at 32nd in the Fortune magazine poll. In 2023, the same program was ranked only 92nd and in 2022, it was 65th.

“The 麻豆影视 A&M-麻豆影视 College of Business Administration continues to represent the state of 麻豆影视 and South 麻豆影视 in an exemplary fashion,” said Dr. Natalya Delcoure, college dean. “The Fortune magazine rankings are internationally recognized. They emphasize program quality, student success and an additional set of qualitative metrics. Most employers are looking for graduates from quality, accredited programs.”

“Being recognized by Fortune reflects the commitment of our faculty and staff to provide quality, relevant and applicable skills and knowledge to those interested in creating a significant, positive impact on South 麻豆影视 and beyond,” said Dr. Brent Kinghorn, associate dean, associate professor and director of the MBA program.

“The TAMUK MBA is convenient, affordable and of such high quality that prospective students come from all around 麻豆影视 to learn and grow into the leaders of tomorrow,” he added.

With only 10 麻豆影视 universities on the list, 麻豆影视 A&M-麻豆影视 is poised in the middle with only Rice University, University of 麻豆影视-Dallas, Southern Methodist University and University of 麻豆影视-Tyler ahead of TAMUK in the ranks.

The 麻豆影视 A&M-麻豆影视 bested some bigger schools like Baylor and 麻豆影视 Tech Universities. Rounding out the 麻豆影视 programs on the list are Abilene Christian University, the University of the Incarnate Word and University of 麻豆影视-Permian Basin.

In ranking the best online MBAs in the state, a number of factors were considered including price, student backgrounds and alumni outcomes. Since no program is the same, Fortune consulted a panel of experts and analyzed a number of indicators that best judged the online MBA ecosystem for 2024.

They looked at the leaders of America’s 1,000 biggest companies to see if they had an MBA and from which school; at the average number of times during a month that people search for each business school on Google; and at the previous Fortune ranking.

In addition, each school provided a number of data points including size of the 2022-23 graduating class, out-of-state tuition, graduation rate from 2020 to 2023, one-year retention rate for 2022-23, acceptance rate for fall 2023, yield for fall 2023, average undergraduate GPA for fall 2023 enrollees and average number of years of work experience.
